Do I really keep 100% of my commission?
Yes. There's no commission split on any plan. You pay your flat monthly membership (if your plan has one) plus a flat transaction fee per closed deal — that's it.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Every membership is month-to-month.
I'm brand new. Is The Table a good fit?
Yes — the Oak plan was built for new and rebuilding agents, with step-by-step mentorship, a training program, and transaction assistance so you're never closing a deal alone.
How fast do I get paid?
Commission is disbursed as soon as the payment clears.
Can I work leasing, property management, or Section 8?
Yes. The brokerage already runs leasing, property management, Housing Choice Voucher, and investment services, so you can grow in more than one lane.
Can The Table host my LLC or team?
Yes. We sponsor agents who operate through their own LLC and host teams and boutique brands under our broker license. Every setup is reviewed for TREC compliance, and pricing depends on your structure — request a hosting call.
How do I transfer my license?
