Is apartment and home locating really free?

Yes. Our residential locating service is completely free to renters in Dallas–Fort Worth. Locators are paid a referral fee by the property or landlord when you sign a lease — never by you. There are no hidden fees and no obligation to work with us.

Do you help with both apartments and houses?

We do. We locate apartments and single-family home rentals across the DFW Metroplex, from studios in Uptown to family houses in Frisco, McKinney, Arlington, and Oak Cliff.
